Pumpkin Time!!

After a couple heavy frosts, it was time to bring in all the pumpkins and winter squash.  The kids were so excited to gather them all up and load them into the wheelbarrow.  It took MANY trips with the wheelbarrow to get everything out of the garden.

Henry did a big-kid job of moving those heavy squash and gourds around.  

Here are some of the varieties - orange pumpkins, tan butternuts, yellow spaghetti squash, and stripey sweet dumplings - along with some oblong, orange mystery gourds that volunteered from last year's squash.  

And here are some more.  And that's not even all of them.  We had a good year  for  squash and pumpkins!!
