I've never tried to make a cake that represented anything specific that someone should recognize ... but Henry insisted that he wanted a Little Einsteins birthday cake this year. I knew I would be entirely out of my depth attempting to make one of the little children in the show, so I decided to take a stab at their friendly animated rocket ship.
