Today was Lily's spring violin recital (not JUST Lily, but Miss Heather's entire studio). She played "Witches' Dance" by Paganini. Miss Heather gave Lily some choreography to do while playing: Go up on tippy-toes, crouch down low, turn her bow upside-down then right-side-up again, then stomp her foot in time and end with "BOO!" Because ... you know ... it's the Witches' DANCE. Lily was delightful - so confident and unruffled. She's still the tiniest person in Miss Heather's studio by a wide margin, even though this is the FOURTH spring spring recital Lily has played in. Everyone in the audience thought she was sweet and cute (duh! how could they not?!).
